Food and Wine Festival

The Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival, hosted by Caesars Entertainment, is held at the end of every July. The Food TV Network is the main sponsor of the event. It began as a two day festival in 2007 and has grown into a four day celebration that features delectable foods, renowned celebrity chefs, fine wine tastings and a whole lot of fun. There are lectures, parties, demonstrations, entertainment and more.

Each year, the Food and Wine Festival begins with its Kick Off Party where you will be able to rub elbows with some of your favorite TV chefs while while listening to fantastic music and getting a taste preview of some of the delicious foods to come throughout the festival.

The main feature of the festival is The Grand Market. Hundreds of vendors feature their exquisite foods, sophisticated wines and diverse spirits. The Grand Market is held in four sessions that last four hours each. The Grand Market is a gourmet adventure and a foodies delight. Celebrity chefs will conduct demos and provide you with helpful information to boost your own dining experience at home.

The Blues Brews & BBQ event is where you can find some of the most mouth-watering and delicious ribs, brisket and chicken. If you like, you can even wash it down with an ice cold beer. While you're savoring your flavorful, tender BBQ you can listen to the music from the live bands.

The Gospel Brunch features an inspirational gospel performance by a choir and a marvelous traditional buffet. The buffet includes an assortment of savory foods like hickory smoked sausage and bacon, caramel pecan sticky buns, country gravy, homemade biscuits, homemade waffles, omelets, southern fried chicken along with many more delicious food choices.

After the sun goes down you can attend the Beach Soiree with some of the notable chefs. Cold, refreshing cocktails and gourmet appetizers will be served. There will also be live entertainment and dancing. This will be an unforgettable party that you won't want to miss.

Other events you might like to attend at the Food and Wine Festival are the Island Luau that features hula dancers and flamethrowers, and let's not forget the great Hawaiian food. A four-course seafood mini fest with special cocktails will be served at Phillips Seafood Spiked Brunch. Rocks of Ages: Cocktails Through the Decades is a fabulous event where you will learn the history of mixed drinks through the decades. Other events include a Wine Lovers Bootcamp, Chef’s on Stage and Chef’s in Kitchen.
